ahh.. ok, while i'm listening to my favourite song, i shall go about writing my blog entry. *embarrassed*

hmm... besides the depressing fact that i AM going to ACJC for the first 3 months, and the even more depressing fact that i have only one week left to the dreaded day, everything's quite fine these few days actually.

speaking of ACJC, i made the trip and.. yeah, it's 1 hour and 15 minutes for the total journey to ACJC's doorstep, and another 1 hour 15 minutes for the journey back home. that includes taking the bus to the interchange and taking the MRT to Buona Vista then walking to ACJC itself, and excluding the waiting time.

i guess i can live with it for 3 months, just that i'm really not sure how i'm gonna go about making friends there. *sobx* i can just imagine day 1, where i sit in a corner and watch the other students talking among themselves and staring at me occasionally and pointing at my bright-and-striking-and-ridiculous-and-alien-like turquoise-coloured uniform...

making friends seemed easier in secondary school. now i seem to have lost the hang of it. and ACJC?? erm... you know what they all say...

ok. i shall stop the complaints.

christmas?? oh, merry 2nd day of christmas by the way!! my christmas this year was a different start for once, considering the fact that we haven't celebrated christmas for the past 5 years due to my grandfather's condition back then. so actually we forgot where we kept the christmas tree.

yeah. and the decorations too.

so we bought a new one, which is conveniently smaller in size and has a very nice glow when it is switched on. *lovely* and we bought presents for each other this year too. bought them all within 3 days. and did i tell u the tree was bought on 24th dec? yeah, at the eleventh hour. we were desperate. *whahaha*

the bad thing about this christmas was... we all know what our gifts were even before christmas. AND, i had to wrap up all the gifts, INCLUDING MINE, and write all the christmas cards, INCLUDING MINE, and place them all under the christmas tree myself.

so it was like, hmm..

i guess someone had to make sacrifices. but at least i got some decent gifts this year. mp3 player and a pair of earphones! *wahhaha* so it wasn't that bad. and the food was decent too.*drools*

so that was how we spent christmas. and we sang "we wish you a merry christmas" when we cut the logcake too. *whahaah* by the way, does anybody know why it has to be a LOGCAKE for christmas?? why can't it be any other cake??

i am starting to prepare myself for the new year too. new specs and everything. gonna get a new file and pencil case tml too. printing out pictures for my file right now. *wahhahaha* now if i can just get my hair cut somewhere... my hair is starting to look like a clump of bushes except that it is black.

so it is a clump of black bushes. yep.

hmm.. i think i gotta turn in early tonite. my mother's got an operation tml and i'm suppose to stay in the hospital with her so i guess i won't be blogging for the next few days. it's my grandfather's death anniversary tml too so we gotta wake up early to visit him.
